Storm Damaged Roof Causes Water Damage

High winds from severe storms that impacted our area caused a tree to fall on the roof of this home. It severely damaged the roof allowing large amounts of rain to enter the home and caused the ceiling to collapse in this room, filling the room with water and debris. 

The crew of SERVPRO of Portland was called to help with the cleanup after this disaster and, as you can see, we had to remove the flooring and perform flood cuts to remove and replace the damaged drywall and insulation. We also brought in drying equipment to help ensure that we were able to remove any excess moisture remaining in the home.
